On top of the clean underwear and shower...

Do:
Shave, the lady does not want to rub cheeks with sandpaper.
bring a small gift on a repeat appointment. It doesn't have to be expensive, but it has to be with her in mind (For example: Diet Coke, and a bag of Malteasers).

Don't:
Brush your teeth right before the session. Can cause micro-abrasions that can be a health risk. Use mouthwash or mint strips instead.
