I heard Kawaii might close too cuz the land lord is not renewing the lease at the end of term this yr. That's why Vincent bought 574 spa near by.

That was Gems (with an 's') that closed. Gem Spa is still open, second floor, 2163 Lawrence at Birchmount.

Spring Health Spa was heavily effected by the subway construction outdoors and is now closed

The sign "Venus Spa" remains where the dental business has opened.

It was very popular during its first few years 2002-2005.
Around 2012 it became a gay m4m spa.
Not sure how popular that was.
After that failed it became Venus Spa.
