I find it sad that another women would make such a comment. As someone whose had a breast surgery, I'll say my breasts were nice before and real they're nice after and real, just a smidge larger. So a man who admires them is admiring true beauty.
Many women that have other types of procedures also were very attractive before, and they too maintain true and real beauty. Surgery can only do so much. So if they're attractive afterwards, I'm sure they were before. Usually it's the jealous that make degrading and mean comments towards those who opt for any surgery.

Why the doctor did what he did, only he knows. So once again why don't you stop commenting to things you know nothing of!! I'm sick of your "all knowing" attitude and ridiculous inferences !!

Wrong again, MAL. Quite a few people get breast lifts, which do not necessarily increase the breast size by a cup. Lifts tend to lift and support the breast instead of try to enlarge, sometimes with a small (half cup) implant at the bottom of the breast pocket to act as a defence against sagging. Again, your ignorance shows.
