I consider it insulting when people refuse my right to identify myself in the way that I feel is appropriate. I also consider intentional use of improper pronouns to be insulting as well. The mods on the other board (as well as this one) are inclined to agree. To state I am something other than what I identify myself as suggests that you know me better than I know myself, and would be very insulting to anyone.

That said, I'm not here to dig up old graves; I'm here to understand "what consitutes gay."

So, I'll ask again:

a: A guy (who identifies as straight) has had sex with 100 women, decides he'd like to try sucking a dick, and does so.
b: A guy (who identifies as gay) has had sex with 100 men, and decides he'd like to try licking a pussy, and does so.

Who counts as what, and why?

I see it as individuals doing what suits their needs no need to label anyone. Sex is sex

That's between me and the mods, I will not repeat what was said in private conversation. Nobody has yet been banned for anything said in this thread, and we all hope that continues to be the case. Nor will anything said on other boards lead to consequences on this one; let's move forward with the question at hand, shall we?

You certainly have the right to identify yourself as you wish. Other members have an equal right to express their opinion for discussion purposes, provided it is kept with in the boundaries of good taste. At the moment this seems to be a clean discussion.

We are keeping an eye on this thread as it progresses.

Me thinks Judge said it best.

I'm just wondering, based on the experiences of the two guys in my post, who counts as gay/straight, and why. :)

Just thought a few hypotheticals might help us answer the question of "what constitutes gay?"

I will try and answer your question Nikki. The dude that decides to suck a cock after doing 100 is noww Bisexual. The dude that did the 100 men and now wants to taste a pussy has also in my opinion crossed over from homosexual to bisexual. What is the big deal?
You are welcome to classify yourself as whatever you like but we are not forced to agree with it are we? I mean you are not and cannot control what is in peoples mind, so why bother. Relax and enjoy the gentlemen that are into you and forget about the boys that strictly like pussy.

Trying to keep the peace

Trying to keep the peace

Whoa guys, I'm not speaking for anyone, and I'm trying to leave other arguments where they are. My conversation with the mods involved me asking for a few clarifications before I posted on the board, that's all.

I'm not telling anybody what to think, I asked a question related to this thread. I haven't even stated my own opinion yet, and I'm definitely not trying to cause any more problems - they certainly don't do me any good. Trust me, I'm trying my best to avoid them, which is why I'm here, instead of over there.

So, we have a few answers to the first question. Let's try another one:

A: A guy (who has never had any sexual contact before) sucks one cock, then decides to go out and lick 100 pussies.
B: A guy (who has never had any sexual contact before) licks one pussy, then decides to go out and suck 100 cocks.

Who's gay/straight/bisexual, and why?

Alright Nikki, WTF I'll answer your question again.

The fact that a dick was sampled by the first man would make him bicurious. If after licking 100 pussies, he now in his owwn mind finds sucking cock revolting, at this point he is now straight. As for the gentleman that has now resided to sucking cock after cock, his is gay. See in my mind it is as clear as day and that is my right!

Let me ask you a question please. Would you ever entertain a client and not disclose the fact the you have a good sized bastone down below, that I bet would put some men to shame? Why or why not?

I will add Nikki I am not trying to insult you so please accept my question in the nature that it is intended. It is intended for debate only. I really don't care what anyone enjoys doing to sexually gratify themselves.

Nikki, There's no point in getting upset. Those of us who are active in the poly/kinky/queer/GLBT community understand that gender identity is a bit more complex than mere biological determination. The mundanes do not, nor do they care to.

You've tried to educated them, great, but forcing the issue down their throats is not going to win you any friends. Might as well let it drop, like I did with RedLight.

That being said, I'm tired of engaging in bestiality, necrophilia, and BDSM (flogging a dead horse). I'm off to Subspace, maybe I'll see some of you there.

No problem, I didn't take it as an insult at all - it's a perfectly valid question which I'm happy to answer.

No, I've never, ever entertained a client without telling him I'm a tgirl. That's why I put it in my handle - to avoid misconceptions. That would be improper business practice, unfair to the client, and frankly, very, very dangerous. A guy might overreact to that sort of situation, and it wouldn't be very safe for me. Tgirls have been killed over that sort of thing, many many times.

It happened once when I was dancing at a strip club (one with a section specifically for tgirls) and the guy wandered down from the other part of the club. His english was bad, he was drunk, and he didn't really understand when the DJ told him the details. He asked me for a dance, and after the third one, my panties came off and the dude freaked out. He wasn't violent, but totally shocked and pretty upset. We let him go without paying for the dances (didn't want to press the issue) and I stopped dancing there shortly therafter.

Now, guys hit on me all the time, and I flirt back without disclosing; I've made out with guys in clubs before, but that's as far as it goes. Once things start to get serious, that's when I drop the bomb. In some cases, they run ("Thanks for letting me know... see ya!") which sucks, but it's better than putting myself in danger. Sometimes, they don't believe me ("Yeah right, you're just telling me that to get rid of me") and I tell them, yep, you're absolutely right, and walk away. On a few occasions, they were surprised, but still interested; I won't go into the details, but let's just say they expanded their horizons that night!

But no, I'd never, ever mislead someone like that. Also, my cock never puts anyone else's to shame; after two years of hormone therapy, I can't even get hard without viagra, and even then, I'm average at best. I'd say that 9 out of 10 clients are bigger than I am (which suits me just fine) and the 1 out of 10 never seem to complain.

Absolutely, I'm not questioning your right to your opinion at all, and thank you for responding. :)

Just so I'm clear - it seems that, based on your responses, no single act defines one's sexuality, am I right? Whether it's the first or the hundredth act is important, though it could be that you're defined by the first and the next hundred don't matter, or you're defined by the last and the first hundred don't matter.

Either way, no single act determines sexuality, so it seems to be more complex than we'd assume. I'm not trying to pick and fights, I'm just trying to illustrate that there may not be a clear, definitive answer to "what constitutes gay?" so maybe we're better off letting people answer that for themselves.

Sorry to monopolize the discussion, I'm heading out for the night so I'll let you guys sort it out. Have fun! :D
