Since the video start about one second before the tazing.........there is no way to determine why the man was tazed...so the video stands as a testament to the defendant crying like a little girl.

It's obvious from the video the defendant was cool and calm . The judge ordered the sheriff to assault the defendant and in turn the judge should be facing a judge.

Judge Robert Nalley was facing up to one year in prison and up to a $100,000 fine for depriving a defendant of their civil rights, though after pleading guilty in February only received a $5,000 fine. Wouldn’t it be nice if we could all skirt the legal system like all these “officials” seem to? Well… at this point “seem” is a bit of an understatement.

What a $5000 joke.

Papa....the man seemed to be reading a statement and refused to stop. I don't think that really required a tasering.

In addition to the small fine....did he at least lose his position on the bench? I'm pretty sure that guy shouldn't be a judge any longer.
