Government official who relies on law enforcement, judges and jails to issue/carry out threats of violence against those that don't follow her wishes gets upset when citizens issue threats onto her.

Apparently, you can be threatened, beaten, arrested and locked up for not following government orders, but as a citizen, if you threaten a politician, that is WRONG.
