It's not because she beat her son over an incorrect Taco Bell Order. It's not because she is from West Virginia. It's not because she was arrested and had her mug taken.
Look at the multi-layers in her hairdo - in other words, look at her haircut style.
The one way I can usually tell whether or not someone is on social assistance is how many layers they have in their hair. People on welfare look to economize and they usually either have a friend cut their bangs or sides or do it themselves. Over time, they develop layers of unever hair and it can been seen when they grow their hair out.
