I don't mind CG's posts at all. He tends to stay in the lobby or the other boards lounge. These areas I thought were created to discuss anything that pops into ones mind, as trivial as the thought might be. He doesn't invade the incall or outcall sections and cause any drama in those forums.

I usually skip read through the lobby posts and read the ones of interest too me. I tend to pay more attention in the incall section when a review comes in, especially if is about a lady I am curious of. For that reason, I really don't see why an issue would be created over a poster that pitches his tent in the lobby.

This board needs more members not less, so I don't see why anyone should be excluded if they are not harming anyone.

for my 2 cents, I think Demien has a point that too often this board is used to discuss issues that are not the business of this board. It does bother me to see that baggage brought here. HUBGFE deserves a bit more respect than that. I have been banned from the other place too. Big freakin deal. This is home now and the only time I am reminded of the other place is when I read Lobby threads talking about it.

That said, I am a CG fan. He makes me laugh and i think he is an asset to this board.

Every board has it's own vibe, like any community. And in any community, there will be people who disagree and don't get along. The mods here seem to have a clear idea of how much BoyFighting they're willing to tolerate.

I enjoy CG's posts...and if posting reviews is the only way one is actually considered to be "contributing to the board", well, I shouldn't be here either.

However, I quite enjoy both CG's and Demien's posts. Also, I like both of you dudes.

I also know that I've irked some on everyboard often that is out of frustration, and I'm tryin' not to poke the bear so much and poke more pussy:great:However, it's sometimes just a venue to vent.

As far as I know, there are three boards in GTA HUBGFE (Happyplace) T--- (Not so happy place) and Myt--- (computer tough guys, where most don't even register a handle)

HUBGFE is the big challenge for T---, and I've noticed how they have changed formats in several areas to match HUBGFE. Maybe, CG and Demien should see this as half full. CG, if you're banned for life elsewhere, it's prudent to let it go. You're on a great board. Post away guys, but consider leaving that stuff over there. In addition, I couldn't care less how many times someone posts per day that's up to you.

Another point is many members are introducing the SOs to the fun & games, and CG is proud of his wife so what if he flaunts it to us. In his own way, it's demonstrating that he loves her. She is aware of his nonsense and humour and if she wants him to stop, he will. Right ANG!

The good doc can testify that Cycleguy is a nice person who is always willing to help fellow members. We had communicated many times at HUBGFE and elsewhere. He will not intentionally infringe upon anyone and usually gets along with most of everyone.

Furthermore, although HUBGFE is an escort review site, it is clear the ownership wants more for this site. So there is the General Area, including The Lobby, Health Discussion, Sport Discussions, Movies & Music, Board Tech Support, Politics, Photography. Additionally, in forums for Other Discussions are the newly created Lottery and Gaming as well as Adult Movies, International Adult Entertainment, Clubs, Bars, & Restaurants discussions. Thus the intention of ownership for a more encompassing ‘one stop shopping experience’ instead of just escort reviews is very obvious. One does not have to review an SP or someone in the trade to contribute to the HUBGFE community. Besides, from personal experience, lots of SPs have NRP (Non Review Policies).

Peaceful co-existence is the best approach here. Certainly no one can please everyone and there are cases in which members do not see eye to eye. They can do each other a favor by ignoring each other. Hope that helps.

I've been a member here since Dec of 09, not long after the boys brought it online. It was nice to come over from the other board and see what a difference there was here.

At the time, there weren't very many members in comparison, but that was to be expected. But it soon turned in to my permanent home as I was also getting tired of the drama on the other board with certain members; but they still had some awesome information that I used and lurked over.

Today, I lurk once a month...maybe, and usually not for very long. I love it here, the members are awesome and I embraced all of our new brothers and sisters that decided to come over...it makes no difference to me what the circumstance were in why they "patched over" lol.

Demien is a valued poster and I enjoy reading his reviews and opinions; a very valuable hobbyer.

CG is a prolific poster and keeps us all entertained with things other than hobbying but still has a commone interest...women. I enjoy his posts also, very entertaining.

As in my confessional about our secret society, we all come from different backgrounds and there is common ground in which brings us all here. That disection of personalities will never be a continuous "love fest", simply impossible. We are a melting pot, much like our larger communities that we all physically live in. I believe we all get along, as proven at our social the other night, and can get along with the majority. In the end, we're all entitled to our opinions and our two valued members have proven just that and kept it quite civil; this is where I take my hat off to the both of you.

Put Bosco down as one of the ones that find CG's posts for the most part very amusing.

And I will reluctantly admit to being envious of his seemingly successful relationship with his wife.

Especially in light of a litany of failed relationships in my past.

Maybe this is what gets under the skin of some of the members who find him annoying.

Perhaps we all yearn to find that kind of happiness and find his posts about his wife to be a reminder of our relationship failures.

It should be noted that he has always gone out of his way to help new members on both boards when he could and really doesn't trash or have many negative things to say about anyone.

When it comes to the issue of Drama:
I think it is an unfortunate yet an inevitable circumstance given the different and vast personalities and preferences within any population.
I personally do not enjoy/engage.
- I will help if I can, however be tolerant to those personalities/opinions and try to understand the situation without further amplifying the situation.

When it comes to Demien & CG:
It is unfortunate this has partly become a versus issue between two valued members in there own respect. I enjoy both Demiens and CG's posts. They have different personalities and opinions and each bring something unique to these forums, which is enlightening to read. Heck, that is what a forum is..a robust and diverse microcosm. We should all bring some variety. We can all have fun/be fun (all relative) and be serious when appropirate. Heck..i do that all the time.
If i don't like it, i don't read it. However, i don't hate nor disrespect, unless ofcourse it is a blatant disregard for humanity.

With regards to other forums:
Ya, we should ignore them and live within our own universe. No forum, with the exception of that wasteful one, needs another to survive. We should not loose our identity nor depend on others to define us.
