Being a 80's child, 'new wave' depeche mode, new order, duran duran, tears for fears, pet-shop etc still get me stok'd. What's your fav type of music?

Why didn't you include:

Funk: Parliament, Sugarhill Gang, Rick James
Country: Johnny Cash, Shedaisy, Faith Hill
Jazz: Harry Connick, Michael Buble
Ska: The Specials, Madness

Personally, I enjoy all types of music.

I'm kinda half 80's new wave and Goth/industrial/EBM.

Then again, I also love comedy songs: Weird Al, Jon Lajoie, Stephen Lynch, Bowser and Blue

Early 80's was the best. B-boy 'break dancin' music was all the rage. Brotha's walkin around with those massive boom box's on their shoulders over to the next neighbourhood ready to do battle (breakin) . . . BOOM CHA BOOM

al naafyish (the soul) - hashim
